Area Sales Supervisor

General Purposes
Report to National Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to increase the company products presence and exposure in Agents through maximize sales representative performance. Building good relationship with Owner, Staff and Sales Representative of each Agent in his Area responsibility. The successful candidates would be placed in Jakarta, and or major cities around Indonesia.
Background and Qualification Required

• Male / Female max. 30 Years Old.
• S1 Bachelor Degree, from relevant qualification (Economic or Management will be advantage)
• Having experience in Company that focus on Retail of building material, Lift, Lighting System, Air Conditioning, Door system etc.
• Fluent in English is preferable
• Presentation skills & Salesmanship skills
• Proven have a strong relationship with Agents of Building Material.
• All Ms Office application, MS word, Excel, Power point etc

Key performance indicator

• Sales value achievement
• Gross profit.
• AR / collection
