, to the position:

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) Manager

Placement in Merauke, Papua Site
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and develop an integrated program for Community Development, Government Relations and Corporate Communications to ensure that stake holders in the project area companies can work together harmoniously.
• Provide input to management in matters relating to Community Development, Governement Relations and Corporate Communications.
• Ensure conditions conducive to the activities of logging and the planting and maintenance of plants and seedlings which are free from conflict and claims of other parties
• Ensure implementation of operational activities and the development of timber concession safe and hassle free with the surrounding community
• Inviting and maintain the condition of society in and around the work area companies to support the activities and policies of the company, at least not interfere with the activities and company policies
• Identifying and mapping the ownership of customary land into the work area peeusahaan
• Organizing the process of land acquisition in the company's working area in accordance with the stage set
• Prepare and organize processions with respect to indigenous customs and culture of host communities in relation to the activities and operations company
• Establish and build relationships with indigenous communities in and around the areas of the company in order to improve the welfare and dignity of indigenous peoples
• Mengidentfikasikan and proposed type of business macro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for indigenous peoples is directly related to company activities and operations both within and around the work area company
• Coordinate the development and marketing of indigenous SMEs assisted production company with relevant institutions

Special Requirements:

• S1
• Male, age maximum 45 years
• Having 10 years of work experience in CSR
• Having the ability to communicate and negotiate and resolve conflict well
• Able to build a network of vertical and horizontal communication with relevant parties coaching community relations activities
• Having the ability to communicate and cooperate in a vertical and horizontal well with internal parties relating to the performance of duties and responsibilities

General Requirements:

• Can use a computer
• Having English skills both oral and written
• Honestly, can work in a team
