ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE STAFF
The Applicants for this position should be self-motivated, mature, fast learner and able to work independently with the following qualifications:
JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain and up-keep of accounting, finance, tax & payroll matters in the representative office;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize and schedule the activities of accounting, tax & payroll functions and ensures all are accurate and prepared in timely manner.
- Perform & finalize daily journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliation of monthly cash & bank accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statement & reports including TB, BS, and P&L
- Review & verify correctness of supporting invoices, receipts, claims & data entry.
- Verify travel & monthly claims; generate and administer staff payroll, statutory deductions and contributions, personal income tax; ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements and datelines.
- Perform tax reporting, Jamsostek payment, & month-end closing in timely matter.
- Maintain IDR & USD accounts.
- Coordinate with regional HQ office in Singapore and other relevant government authorities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduate with Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting with GPA min 3.0
- Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience in Accounting field
- Familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulation, Accounting Principle, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proficient in English language is important
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Advance Excel, Power-point and Financial modeling skills
- Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure.
- Male or female maximum 28 years old.
- Self-motivated and with ability to work independently and as a team player.
