PRODUCT STAFF
Responsibilities :
- Liaises and coordinates closely with sales division to understand customers’ needs and looks for solutions
- Is responsible to research, review new product solutions to enhance product portfolios
- Identifies, develops and maintains relationships/partnerships with principals and vendors to support continuous product portfolio offerings
- Is responsible to review and evaluate the costing from the principals/vendors
- Supports and participates the full engagement life cycle including pre-sales (i.e. client engagement, proposal preparation, demonstration, proof of concept) through to project delivery
- Attends webinars, seminars and product workshops
Requirements :
- At least a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 1 years experience as a pre-sales or product specialist within the IT and/or oil and gas or related industry
- Have knowledge of various IT technologies (software, server, various operating systems, networking, etc.)
- Self-starter, committed, responsible, energetic, and highly motivated person
- Fast learner, independent, good coordination, meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Great analytical, good presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in IT pre-sales including client engagement, proposal preparation, demonstration, proof of concept, and project delivery is an advantage
- Experience in creating IT solutions’ needs in a oil and gas industry is an advantage
