 PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO (Timas) is an Engineering and Construction company which has attained ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, for the scope of Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Project Management.

Our existence and achievement over the past 20 years has enriched us with the experience, knowledge, and the capability to overcome any challenge, obstacles and barriers in many EPC oil and gas (offshore and onshore) projects.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

HSE COORDINATOR

Primary Responsibilities:


  •     To know, understand and perform all duties based on the Company’s Safety Program, Company’s Philosophy and Company’s Guidelines for Success. All implementations are designed around the Company’s Safety Program.
  •     Design, develop and implement a comprehensive Safety program.
  •     Direct and supervise the safety department. The number of reports will vary as the project requirements increase or decrease.
  •     Direct and control all aspects of project area’s safety for all employees.
  •     Function as Team leader to coordinate investigations into all: accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Coordinate and liaise with each Superintendent within operations areas.
  •     Develop and implement operation’s safety operating procedures related to specialized offshore methods, equipment and activities.
  •     Monitor and report compliances upon approved safety procedures, policies and guidelines and propose action to ensure compliance.
  •     Plan and direct an extensive inspection and auditing program throughout Company’s operation areas to identify potential hazards and corrective action.
  •     Develop and direct extensive training and auditing program to ensure a comprehensive training program.
  •     Reporting to the Project Manager you will provide leadership, motivation, direction and assistance to Site Management staff to expand and improve Company’s safety management system and programs.
  •     Implement improvement to Company’s Safety Management System to ensure the conservation of people, property, environment and profits.

Requirements:

  •     Tertiary Education, preferable degree holder in Engineering or OHS disciplines Min 2‐4 years.
  •     Minimum of 5 years experience in similar offshore projects (Oil & Gas Industry).
  •     In‐depth experience in developing and improving programs, practices, and procedures for maintaining high standard of QMS (Quality Management System).
  •     Familiar with Safety Management at all levels and focus on risk management.
  •     Strong Leadership with a proven track record in delivering significant change to an organization.
  •     Strong interpersonal & communication skills,  self motivated, ability to influence, innovative and problem solver
  •     Candidate should be proficient in English  and familiar with the use Microsoft Office applications.
  •     Good understand about ISO 1800, ISO 14000, and OHSAS
  •     Willing to travel around Indonesia project locations
