Hariom’s is a tailoring company that has been established since 1937 and specializing in the making of custom-made suits, shirts, winter garments and batik’s. We are currently looking for energetic, focused and goal driven individuals to work in one of our retail branch in Pasar Baru, Jakarta Pusat.
Personal Assistant to Store Manager
Job Description:
- Review, sorting and filing bills and invoices
- Verify payments to suppliers, production
- Prepare payments to be made to Tailors
- Verify quantity of Incoming Items according to the bill. Liaise with Stock Coordinator & Controller
- Assist in preparing Giro and Cheques for bills payable
- Keep Track of Accounts payable and maintain stock control sheet
- Assist Store manager with daily activities of the store
- Prepare Store Profitability report
- Female, Max age of 28
- Willing to work weekends and long hours in a retail environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
- Minimum diploma degree
- Prior minimum working experience of 2 years
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Able to communicate in English
- Prior experience in garment/retail business is preferable.
