We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:
WORKSHOP MANAGER
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing production and work scheduling daily, weekly, monthly and delivery with customer quality as the focus.
- Leading a team of engineers / technicians and operators functioning on quality, process equipment and production and monitoring their performance.
- Managing the skill levels and skill matrices based on floor requirements.
- Overseeing the training as well.
- Building teams / process to handle future production requirements as and when the company scales up.
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Metallurgy) or equivalent.
- Min. 6 years experiences in the same capacity as Production Manager within oil and gas environment dealing with EPIC with onshore and offshore experience.
- Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Understand the international codes (ASME code, ANSI, API 650, BS 5500, JIS) or standards on safety, environment and quality.
- Manage EPC Projects in technical, commercial and safety
