We now have an open position in our Indonesia Supply Chain team, as follow:
Materials and Demand Planning Executive
(Based at Bekasi )
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure “Demand and Supply” accuracy are balanced
- Planning of sufficient material stocks (make/buy decisions) to support both operational and business needs Ensure optimum safety stocks to prevent high stocks level
- Ensure optimum safety stocks to prevent high level of inventory without compromising on service levels
- Coordinate with both local and regional offices to ensure smooth materials and shipments arrangement / delivery; eg: custom clearance, etc
- Coach and manage a team of staff on their daily works
- Ensure workplace SOP / work processes are fully complied
- Active involvement in continuous improvement projects as well as identification of cost saving opportunities
- Assists in other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma III / Degree in any disciplines
- Relevant experience in both raw materials and finished goods planning
- Good overview of manufacturing process
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Customers focus, with strong planning skills
- Computer literate. Prior experience in Oracle or Microsoft AX system will be added advantage
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Indonesia and English
