With 139 Rooms, 6 Meeting Rooms, Ball Room with 200 person capacity, Swimming Pool, and 2 Restaurants.
We are looking for a candidates who have a high motivation to fill the position as :
FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR (FO Supv.)
Responsibilities :
- To provide and maintain efficient and courteous service to the guests and ensure that all guest are attended to.
- To ensure the special attention is always given to special guests to increase guests’ satisfaction and loyalty.
- To monitor the performance of the staff in order to ensure all things are following the standardized procedure and smoothly implemented.
- To provide necessary training for subordinates and colleagues in order to achieve the best quality of services.
- To provide comments and proposals that aim to continuous improvement of the quality of services.
- To check and ensure the hygiene, orderliness, cleanliness of the working area and grooming of the staff.
- To understand and handle all complaints and problems from guests, and generate appropriate solutions and manners to prevents the repeat of such complaints and problems.
- To manage expenses and costs of the department effectively.
- Male/Female
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Minimum of 2 years experience in related positions within 3 stars hotel
- Education min: SMA/D3/S1 Hospitality background
- Good appearance, well grooming, & Possess pleasant personality
- Outgoing, Energetic, Passion, Enthusiastic Personality
- Fast learner & outgoing personality
- Computer literate
