- D3 or S1 degree majoring in Marketing or Communication
- Max 28 years old
- At lease 1 year in the same position
- Detail and target oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work multitasking
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Honest, responsible and professional
- Proactive and have good analytical thinking
- Able to work in individual and as team
- Self motivated
- Out of the box thinker
