With qualification as follows:
- Male 25-32 years old
- Bachelor degree from Law/Management
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in industrial relations
- Familiar with personnel issues
- Having strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High motivation, strong in leadership, high integrity, good character, open minded, good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work under pressure and ready to work over time
