Operation Control Officer - Reconciliation
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily movement on Multifinance loan transitory account
- Reconcile Monthly outstanding Multifinance loan records
- Investigate any outstanding items on reconciliation results and escalate any unreconciled items
- Maintain outstanding items and ensure the settlement has been done properly
- Provide reconciliation and monitoring reports
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Majoring in Accounting, computerized accounting and Management information System from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Minimum 2 years experience in banking reconciliation especially Multifinance loan reconciliation
- Having good knowledge of banking reconciliation, especially in Multifinance reconciliation
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Having good knowledge on Microsoft excel macro/visual basic and preferably good in Microsoft access
- Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
- Having good communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
