HRD Supervisor
Qualification:
- Male / Female max. 40 years.
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology/Law/Management from reputable university with GPA 3.00.
- Having capability to develop and implement programs for identifying HR functions (Recruitment, Job analysis & Job Design, assessment and performance appraisal/management, training and developing people, compensation & benefit, HRIS, couching & counseling, KPI, organizational development, industrial & employee relation, Insurance, etc).
- Having capability being strategic and business partner with fully integrated systems to achieve company mission.
- Having capability to develop and implement organizational performance trought out Balance scored card, six sigma, hay, watson, malcolm bridge, kaizen, etc.
- Well versed with Indonesia Labor Law and other labor related industrial relation.
- Familiar with ISO 9000 and Management environmental, Health & Safety.
- Developing HR planning strategies & policy on issues related human resource field.
- Proficient written and oral English.
- Good integrity, innovative, team player, change agent and interpersonal skill.
- Strong leadership & management skill, good communication, and excellent computer literate (Linux).
- Having experience in same position min. 3 years.
