Administration Sales (ADM)

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the SMM, the incumbent will be accountable for formulating and implementing Sales Region objectives and strategies to support the Sales & Marketing business operation.
- These include developing sales & marketing plans and formulate short and long term sales region strategic. Also manage International customer to achieve sales targets.
- As an entrusted key member of the Sales & Marketing Team, the incumbent should propose the cost effective budget to the Sales & Marketing management that suitable to the Sales Region plan.Requirements:
- Female or Male
- Possess Degree (min D3 required)
- English is a must
- Experience min 3 years
- Result oriented and able to coordinate with a dynamic sales team
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure, active & dynamic.
- Good people skills, able to communicate with people of all levels, self-motivated, aggressive with a positive working attitude complemented with good analytical and strategic thinking
- Willing to work in Tangerang
