Branch Office Manager (Degree)
Job Description:
- Managing finance & accounting (AR/ PR), payroll administration, credit control and costing.
- Managing Personnel & General Affairs dept., Warehouse & Logistic dept.
- Handling planning process (strategic, budget and forecast, including targets) as well as to monitor reporting process at units.
- Enforcing an environment of ethical practices and strong financial controllership.
- Handling recruitment, development activities, and motivate Finance organization.
- Anticipating for business requirements, trends, and variances. Develop action plans, measure and analyze results and initiate corrective actions to minimize the impact of negative variances.
- Generating reports in accordance to Branch Manager request in due time
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting /or Business Management
- Strong background with 2-4 years experience in Finance, preferably in logistics and forwarding. From FMCG would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge and ability in MS Excel
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze complex financial reports; ability to maintain efficient and effective financial systems and procedures
- Fluently in English both oral and written
- Location : Semarang, Lampung
