TRADING SUPPLY PLANNER (Jakarta)

To compliment our already strong organization, and to meet existing and future worldwide demand for top leaders, we are currently hiring excellent business people become as a part of Our Team Member
Main Responsibilities
Ensure agreed service level by monitoring and taking required action on
Supplier’s lead time, secure delivery performance and information visibility
Agreed capacity levels at suppliers
Sales Stock development in the IKEA Pipeline and at suppliers in relation to forecasted need

Identify, implement, and maintain the best logistical offer at the sales place from suppliers by working actively with replenishment solutions, lead time, and transport optimization
Work closely with IKEA Suppliers to provide them with the relevant information , training, working method and help them develop to required performance levels
Proactively work with alarm / early warning systems to detect and prevent future deviations from goals
Follow up, analyze, take action to continuously improve supplier performance

The successful candidates should:

  • Have Good knowledge of Supply Chain cost drivers
  • Have Good knowledge of Logistics including different replenishment
  • Have Good knowledge of the Production Planning Process
  • Have Good Knowledge of the whole supply chain from Raw Material to Customer and who does what
  • Fluent in English both written & spoken is a must
  • Requirement
  • Having a minimum 5 years work experiences in Supply Chain Area preferably from Manufacturing or Logistics Industry
  • Male or Female with having a minimum Bachelor degree in all major relevant
  • Have a negotiation skill and Strong Communication
  • Have a good PC Skills and willingness to work extensively with computer systems
  • Have the desire and ability to grow with the company.
