- Over 3 years experience in a coal business & mining or similar industry/company.
- Minimum SMU.
- Strong leadership of the high life, Active, innovative, and dedicated.
- Strong analyticaland problem solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and responsibility and ability to work in a team or individually
- Computer literate
- Possess good communications skills both lndonesian and English.
- High commitment to company standard on safety, environment & business ethic and good corporate governance.
- Fluently in English
