GENERAL MANAGER HOTEL AND MALL
Job Description :
- Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the hotel
- To ensure hotel standards, procedures and policies are set, implemented and enforced.
- Responsible to report on all operations activities for tracking and follow up purposes
- Effectively manage outsourced vendors in order to meet required service levels
- To plan out yearly operational and capital expenditure budgets
- To monitor and control operation expenses in the most cost effective manner
- To develop business continuity plans catering for unexpected incidents such as power downtime etc
- Develop and implement Service Improvement Plans
- Responsible for providing regular reports to Board Of Directors
Qualification:
- Preferably between the age of 35 - 45 years old
- S1 from any major
- Fluent in English both speaking and written
- Having minimum of 8 years experience in management level as a General Manager in hospitality industry four or five star hotel.
- Has strong capability in management, good leadership, analysis, supervision, communication, and decision making, has broad knowledge and capability to develop the company
- Has an extensive network
- Have a good business awareness, entrepreneurship
- Proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and creative
- Pleasant personality, energetic and able to work under pressure
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, proactive communication,
- interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
- Must have excellent attention to details and extensive service knowledge
- Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
