SALES ENGINEER (PRODUCVITY IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER)

The Job:

• Maintain existing customer base and develop new ones with the aim to achieve sales targets.
• Provide a broad range of sales, customer service and technical support to the customers and assist them in improving manufacturing productivity level.
• Handle sales and technical enquiries from customers and assist them in trouble-shooting cutting tool processes.
• Diagnose and understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable product and solutions to meet customers’ production requirements.
• Conduct application and tool test run at customers’ sites.
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers at all levels

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 2 to 5 years experience in sales, technical support or production process related area, preferably in CNC machining or cutting tools environment will be an advantage.
• Must be computer literate and have good communication, interpersonal, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm, self driven, right attitude and a good team player.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbal and writing.
