we are an interior design consultant company & are seeking for high potential experienced person to take the position of :
SITE COORDINATOR
responsibilities :
- as first assistant to Project Team Leader, PM, Designer during design and site construction
- to manage, coordinate and supervise all related parties to the project especially during construction stage
- to prepare project timeline, progress monitoring report and project closing out/ final account
- to assist QS to prepare budget estimate, bidding process and cost tracking during construction stage
requirements :
- S1 degree in civil or Architecture from reputable university
- Has a basic knowledge on interior design, detailing & material
- Positive attitude and results oriented, strong communication skills and leadership quality
- Age of max are 30 years old & min. 3 years experience in similar position
- Have skills to work with software: word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, autocad, gantt chart
- Self motivated, energetic and able to travel in any part of Indonesia
- Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- High creative, self motivated, hard worker and should be able to work under high pressure and long hours to meet deadline
- Required language(s): english and bahasa indonesia
