PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Responsible for assisting the sales representatives for the technical promotion and presentation of the products, and to ensure the implementation and usage of the products by its clients. He/she must have the ability to communicate technical information effectively and efficiently, whilst building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Tasks
- Provide pre-sales support including solution presentations, meetings, and high-level design reviews.
- Learn and maintain a full knowledge of the solution to allow presentation, demonstration and clarifications.
- Provide training to internal and external resources, explaining the solution, associated application and a good understanding of the background information;
- Be knowledgeable about our competitors in order to improve sales.
- Organize the installation, training and service planning.
- Follow up the user to ensure his satisfaction.
Education
- Bachelor Degree of any discipline from reputable local or overseas university, preferably in Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
Experience
- 2 years of similar experience or industry with history of successful meeting and exceeding targets.
