We are a National Company is Moving in the field of Property Management. Need some candidates to occupy the position as:

Finance Manager

Qualifications:

     * Minimal S1 / S2 in Accounting or Economics
     * GPA min 3.00 (Private) 2.75 (Domestic)
     * Brevet A, B, C

     * Can make a Feasibility Study
     * Minimum 3 years experience as manager of finance, preferably in property used
     * Master the project management, cost analysis, production planning & schedule and knowledge of project administration
     * Able to control the functions of finance, cash flow, cost / expenditure projects in the budget / quality / time has been determined.
     * Able to make analysis, financial reports and taxes
     * Having the ability to coordinate with the various parts
     * Have integrity and leadership
     * Able to work on projects and monitoring cash flow
     * Understand mortgage administration
     * Able to work on profit and loss report
     * Able to finance engineering
     * Experience in problem analysis and problem solving wise in doing.
     * Understand cost accounting
