Technical Manager in Garment
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the garment uniformity and consistency as it pertains to fit, construction & quality. Interfaces with all cross functional teams including designer and overseas team. Ensures product is consistent with company standards and production timelines are met
- Daily communication with Buyer on comments
- Review proto and report to Buyer on comments and make judgment to make change
- Act as an in-house QA to check each sample to be sent out
- Daily communication with production department on garment construction, pattern, fitting and making
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, University in any field
- Preferred skills: Garment
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Computer literacy (min. MS Word & Excel)
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good knowledge in garment construction, pattern and fitting in knit
- Good command in reading & writing English, especially in garment technical English
- Should have analytical skill
- Problem solver & decision maker
- Good team work spirit
