HSE ENGINEER
Job & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) to ensure plant and employee safety
- Manage, monitor and evaluate the HSE system and company policies and procedures to ensure compliance to the local HSE regulations
- Develop and implement HSE activities to promote and encourage health and safety among the employees to achieve accident-free records
- Initiate Relevant Cross Functional Team to constantly review, find and recommend solution in situation/s where operationprocess/es or materials (eg materials for recycling, chemicals, substance, etc) do not comply with Xenon Technologies Customers Green Requirement Policy, includes monitoring the policy that is cascaded and effected by company Suppliers.
Requirements :
- Possess Degree in Safety or Environment or other related discipline
- Possess min. 3 years relevant experiences in the same position
- Possess General K3 from Ministry of Manpower or other EHS
- Familiar with Indonesia Regulation, Hazard Identification, accident/incident investigation, ROHS & Green Practicesin a manufacturing company
- Knowledge in behavior safety will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and SMK3 are preferred
- Ability to communicate both oral and written in English is compulsory
- Domicile in Batam area is preferred
- Possess initiative, discipline, drive person and be a team player
- Self-starter, ethical and highly motivated person
- Enjoy working with people in a diverse and multinational environment
- Possess excellent Interpersonal and communication skill, proactive, and dynamic personality
- Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt trained/certified is preferred
