Secretary for Marketing Division
Requirements:
- Graduated from Secretarial Academy or S1 in any field.
- Min. exp. 1-2 years in the same position fresh graduated is welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Independent and able to perform multitasking.
- Detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time.
- Well organized, fast and productive.
- Ability to prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data, including information updates.
- Organize and maintain files for departmental correspondence, records, etc.
- Pleasant personality & possesses good communication skill.
- Willing to be placed on a contract basis.
