HRD Consultant

Requirements:


  •     Male / Female
  •     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree (preferred)
  •     At least 10+ years of working experience in HR Consulting / HR Training / HR Division of Medium to Large Company
  •     Ideal Candidate had 5-7 years of experienced at HR Consulting Firm
  •     Hands of with all HR Spectrum, Training & Development, Industrial & Personnel Administration.
  •     Practitioner in Quality Improvement System, such as Six Sigma, QCC, Balanced Scorecard, TQM and others.
  •     Familiar with ISO Management system and understanding of labour system
  •     Comprehensive understanding of Leadership, HR Competency, Job Description, Job Planning, Gapo Analysis, Competency Mapping, Training need analysis, Job grading, Work load analysis, Employee Engagement, etc
  •     Track record of having worked in HR Consulting firm
  •     Excellent computer skill and English proficiency is a must (both oral and written)

Responsibilities:

  •     Experienced in training & consulting from middle to senior management level
  •     Engage in writing proposals and following up
  •     Ability to undertake Workshops in house and public
  •     Undertake Pre-Sales activities for requirement understanding, undertake solution presentation
  •     Research material and fine tune presentations
  •     Ability to utilize basic tools such as Power point, Excel, Word, etc
  •     Continuously upgrade knowledge
  •     Undertake Training to Keys users / Technical Team of the client
  •     Ability to present Solution to Customer or in public workshop
  •     Maintain good Client relationships
  •     Attend the training as scheduled by Company
  •     Undertake in-house training for company if required
  •     Support Tendering process for the overall Technical solution
  •     Follow the rules and regulations of the company
