Purchasing Coordinator - Surabaya
Job Location: Surabaya, East Java

Requirement skills:
- Education Degree : D3 or S1
- Having knowledge of garment industry will be added advantage
- Fluent in English- written and verbal
- Quick learner
- Able to work independently as well as with team
- Able to prioritize the work for meeting the target date dates
- Good interpersonal skills ( diligent, honest, self-motivated, reliable and loyal )
- Computer literacy
Criteria:
Understanding user’s request clearly
Obtaining quotations from vendor
Negotiating prices to its best
Issuance of PO to vendors
Follow up for delivery till the goods arrive in the factory
Follow up for receipt of invoices from supplier
Plan and make payment request to accounting dept
