Junior Consultant (for Organization Development & Human Resources)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partners with project leader in design and delivering services to clients
- Partners with clients in implement consultancy services
- Ensure the execution of project as client’s contractual obligation
- Support the administration on project management
- Facilitate internal coordination on client’s project base
Requirements:
- S1 any discipline from reputable university
- Min 3 years experience in any industry
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership potential
- Hands-on and result oriented
- Excellent computer literate – Ms. Office (word, excel, power point)
- Good Communication Skill (persuasive)
