Requirements:
- Male/Female around 22-26 years old.
- Hold Bachelor Degree from reputable universities, Psychology is a must.
- Have 2 years working/ internship experiences in recruitment, selection, and training area with manufacturing, industrial background will be a huge advantage.
- Posses deep knowledge in psychological diagnostics tools and used to conduct psychological assessment
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
- Have knowledge of Training concepts
- Have knowledge and skills to develop training module
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Creative, honest, hard worker
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication in English both oral and written
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang - Banten.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment administrative duties including scheduling candidates for interviews, managing candidates’ database
- Develop annual training program and schedule for associates and monitor its implementation
- Ensure the effectiveness of training module obtained from regional as well as local module
- Ensure the quality of recruitment and training by identifying the need, develop necessary program to tackle the need, evaluating the effectiveness of the training
