- Male, max 40 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree from any discipline
- Experience min. 3 years as Sales Manager in automotive dealer R4
- Capable of leading the sales force
- Good leadership & management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Existing network in automotive bussiness
- Willing to stay at Pekanbaru, Riau or Batam, KEPRI
