Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop territory annual market development plan
- Support in developing key farmers data base
- Asses market trends and dynamics, create report and initiate recommendation
- Execute new product ignition
- Identify and asses new potential market/ area for development
- Plan and execute market demand creation activities for new product and new area development
- Plan and execute territory market survey as necessary
- Willing to be placed in any location throughout Indonesia
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture (Pest & Disease) with Master Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Have a strong planning, analytical and leadership skill.
- Experiences in pesticide industry would be an advantage.
