PT EPCOS INDONESIA, a leading manufacturer of electronic components and modules for automotive, information technology, industrial and consumer electronics is expanding its production facility in Muka Kuning, Panbil Industrial Estate, Batam.
We are urgently looking for suitable candidates to join us.
Production Trainer/Line Leader/Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electronic, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5 – 7 years working experience in the manufacturing sector and in Electronics Production
- Basic knowledge of electrical / electronics components
- Experience of production planning, material planning
- Leadership experience, able to manage processes and workflows
- Knowledge of quality management
- Experience in a high volume production
- Knowledge of Project Management is a plus
- Computer Literate
- Cooperation and team Spirit
- Able to work independently
- Must be proficient in English
- Strong leadership character with high intrinsic motivation
