CREWING MANAGER

Requirements :

• Male
• Min D3 / S1 Degree with GPA Min 3.0 of 4.0 scale
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications
• Seafaring experience preferred, not essential
• Preferred 3 years experience in Shipping Company

Responsibility :

• Responsible for ensuring all crew follow all related procedures
• Supervising & checking all the crew documentation and ensuring all the crew have the requisite flag state endorsements
• Crew training for mandatory courses and value added courses as per Charterer's / project requirement.
• Supervising all the joining formalities including the visas, travel documents and all the logistics involved during Sign ON / Sign OFF of crew at different ports.
• Controlling the overall annual crew budget for the entire fleet.
• Monitoring of officers on vacation, crew P&I and medical claim documentation.
• Formulating HR policies / rejoining bonus schemes for retention of crew.
• Maintain an up-to-date Employee's Personal Data file.
• Recruiting crews with profound knowledge of all the national documents of seafarers
