ACCOUNTING DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (Serpong & Tangerang)

Task & Responsibility :

  • Identify investment opportunities that support the achievement of coporate strategic goals
  • Analyze financial information, such as statements, management accounts and cash flow statements, industry, regulatory and economic information, and financial periodicals
  • Summarizes data describing current and long term trends in investment risks and economic influences pertinent to investments
  • Conduct comprehensive review of proposals for potential target investment to be made by the organization
  • Prepare investment proposals with recommendations for presentation to Investment Committee, and must be able to adapt his/her analysis report in specified formats, templates, styles and firm deadlines
  • Coordinate with Finance to explore options for structuring of investment acquisitions and financing mechanism for maximum value creation
  • Collaborate and willing to take guidance from other team members and share insights
  • Participate in target investment’s business, financial and legal due diligence
  • Responsible for the completeness and timeliness reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing, internal & external reporting.
  • Establishing process guidelines
  • Conducting internal and external analysis
  • Defining corporate strategy
  • Formulating business unit strategy
  • Budgeting
  • Credit limit review
  • Prepare and forecast annual daily sales order target
  • Analyze quarterly revenue recognition, process to identify operational gaps and develop solution, customer financial statement to evaluate credit risk, future risks for any upcoming market projects
  • Prepare month end closing activities
  • Develop quarterly report for management review, monthly report by comparing actual vs. target for management review
  • PSAK, IFRS & Tax Regulation Implementation, S.O.P Evaluating & Implementation, Control Target Improvement, KPI Item, Propose Innovation Plan, Upgrade & Evaluating member skill, Design Sub Module.

The candidate should possess the following:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Excellent & Familiar with PSAK, IFRS, Tax Regulation

Hard competency:

Financing Concept, Marketing Strategy, Working Process, Business Process, Product Knowledge

Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Min S2 ( Accounting / Management )
  • 3 – 7 years of working experience in similar position.
  • Able to work independently & under pressure
  • Graduated from a reputable university min with a Master degree in finance or business management
  • Min have experience in Internal Control Analysis and realibility
  • Possess good working knowledge and understanding of financial processes is a must
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Must have strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
  • Must posses strong risk and control sense
  • Posses high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process
  • Priority for applying around Serpong & Tangerang
