AREAS OF OPERATION MANAGER - AOM

(Jakarta Based)

Develop systems, strategy and policy activities of the operational activities to improveinfrastructure, people and process a strong and flexible. Understanding with both the process and the quality of an effective and efficient services ranging from creditmanagement process to document the vehicle and inventory management, and improveservice level, cost efficiency, productivity and compliance.

 Qualifications:

• Male / Female, max age 35 years, Education min S1 all the majors with GPA min 3.0from reputable university
• Having min 2 years experience working as an operations manager or min 4 years asHead of Administration is an advantage of multi-finance companies
• Having a strong capability in designing and making operational engagement strategy tobe applied to the branches
• Develop procedures, job descriptions and KPIs for the area and the branch that is consistent with company policy
• Having good skills in leading and communicating, creative, high initiative, integrity,analytical, detail, and accustomed to working under pressure
• Ms. Mastering Computers. Office well
